When you use StoreAudit, we collect:

• The Shopify store URL you submit for auditing
• Your email address, provided at checkout for report delivery
• Payment information, processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details
• Basic usage data such as browser type and pages visited, collected via standard server logs

We do not collect passwords, store login credentials, or access your Shopify admin.

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and deliver your audit report PDF to your email address
• Send your free re-audit reminder within 30 days of purchase
• Respond to support requests sent to brandon@amescreate.com
• Improve the accuracy and coverage of our audit tool
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. StoreAudit does not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

By using StoreAudit and providing your email address, you consent to receive score breakdowns and product updates related to your audit. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent. You may contact brandon@amescreate.com at any time to request removal from our email list.

We retain your email address and audit results for up to 12 months to support re-audit functionality and customer service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing brandon@amescreate.com.

StoreAudit uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function, including session cookies required by our payment processor. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy)

StoreAudit is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of StoreAudit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
